The Great Commission:
Matthew 28:

1) – Monthly Meetings with staff.

2) – Make room for fellowship on Sundays (Midrash)
Time to eat, have coffee, and spend time with the body of Christ.
– Looking for volunteer’s in the kitchen.

3) – Adult Sunday School move it up 15 minutes so when it gets dismissed allows people to still talk and fellowship before the service starts.

4) – Make Thursday nights more intentional and be more intercessory.
– Create more prayer chains/prayer walls with people who will be leaders within the group. (these will be online prayer walls and email prayer chains)

5) – Start an online bible study. Will be something that provides the reading for the study, then allow commenting on the topics and or scriptures.

6) – Build a contact number directory.

Vision and Direction:

1) – Want to be accommodating and welcoming to the next generation.
– Set up the next generation for success.
– Each person should help build up the generations below them.
– This will be a place of discipleship for all generations
– Make changes to allow large families to still be fed in the spirit, and still have the children’s needs met.
